ADMINISTRATION RIGHTS:
  • The administration does not take part in possible disagreements and disputes (including judicial) between Customers and Freelancers, with the exception of arbitration as part of the service.
    • The administration is not responsible for the quality of services provided by Freelancers.
    • Administration reserves the unconditional right unilaterally delete any information if it does not comply with this agreement, current legislation or violates the rights of third parties.
    • The administration has the right to familiarize themselves with the user's personal correspondence in emergency cases such as fraud investigations or arbitration of a project.

    ATTENTION

  • SEVERAL ACCOUNTS:

  • Claims Duration:
  • All claims for any operations on the service are considered within 15 calendar days from the date of the transaction.

  • The proposal to change the cost after agreeing to the task:
  • An offer to change the cost is unacceptable if you agreed to the task. Consent implies that you are ready to complete the task for the specified amount.

  • Discount Lot Price:
  • At the beginning of the transaction, it is possible to offer the contractor their price, but no less or more than three times.

  • Demand for prepayment for work:
  • It is forbidden to demand an advance payment for upcoming work or payment before providing the final result of the work. Payment is made only for the provided result.

  • Incomprehensible tasks and short deadlines:
  • Inaccurate explanation/wording of the assignment or inadequate deadlines not considered as an excuse for the work that is not finished since you agreed to such a task.
  • If the task is not clearly written, or it cannot be completed at the specified time frame, you should abandon it, indicating the reason.

  • The task is completed, but not verified by the customer:
  • If the task is completed, but is not verified by the customer for more than 28 days, the contractor may submit a claim to the Arbitration.

  • Repeated appeal to the Arbitration:
